Aer Lingus and Ryanair Make Top 20 List of World’s Friendliest Cabin Crew

Ireland’s two main airlines Aer Lingus and Ryanair have both made a league table of the global aviation world’s top 20 friendliest onboard cabin crew.
The OddsMonkey research – based on TripAdvisor reviews – places Aer Lingus at number 5 on the list, and Ryanair at number 18.
UK-based package holiday carrier Jet2 topped the list, deemed to have the friendliest cabin crew staff in the world; followed by Virgin Atlantic, KLM, Qatar Airways and then Aer Lingus.
The rankings were measured on the total number of TripAdvisor reviews; positive cabin crew mentions per 1,000 reviews and the percentage of positive cabin crew mentions per 1,000 reviews.
Aer Lingus came out on top of a number of heavy hitters, including Turkish Airlines, Emirates, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, TUI, Lufthansa, Air Canada and American Airlines.
The Irish carrier also ranked as the friendliest of the IAG group of airlines. Stablemate Iberia didn’t make the top 20, but British Airways ranked 17th and Vueling propped up the table at number 20.
