IQOS, Chef Josh Boutwood holds an exclusive dinner for the curious

TO continue the momentum of IQOS' campaign, Stay Curious*, IQOS held a private dinner at Helm, where Chef Josh Boutwood curated a six-course menu for the legal-age attendees.

Treat for all senses

The exclusive dinner sparked curiosity and excitement among legal-age guests not just for the Stay Curious* campaign but also for an exclusive culinary experience at Helm.

The legal-age attendees indulged in a special menu, inspired by the essence of curiosity. To set the tone for the night, the dinner was kicked off with tuna wrapped in ginger gel and an organic egg chawanmushi as starters.

It was followed by special sourdough bread and a buttery brioche that offered a light nudge to the palate — a perfect prelude to the culinary masterpieces that soon graced the table.

The fourth course featured a sumptuous Atlantic halibut dish that was paired with a celeriac puree and crisp celery leaves, adding a pleasant texture to the softness of the fish. It had a bergamot mint butter sauce and trout roe, which gave a popping sensation in the mouth.

Right after, the highlight of the night came: the Australian wagyu, paired with a fermented vegetable paste and ättika gel.

The caramelized cream capped off the night with a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess that left a satisfying finish to the course.

Chef Boutwood expressed his enthusiasm about IQOS, echoing their shared passion for pleasure and progress, which was reflected in the innovative dishes presented throughout the event.
