Janine Gutierrez keeps it real with skincare and self-love

For Janine Gutierrez, true beauty begins with being real — and skincare is a big part of that journey.
The award-winning actress and style icon was among the standout voices during Nivea's immersive Skin Haus event. With a celebration centered on authenticity, confidence, and the power of healthy skin, Nivea launched its "Circle of Trust" — a group of personalities chosen for how they embrace their most authentic selves with the help of skincare they believe in.
Apart from her, the Circle of Trust includes Bella Madamba, Joselle Alandy, Nicole Cordoves, Ayn Bernos, Precious Paula Nicole, Anton Vinzon, Martin Javier and David Leoy.
"Skin is for owning every frame, every close-up," Gutierrez, one of the brand's new ambassadors, said at the launch.
But beyond the glitz of her acting career and red-carpet appearances, her approach to skincare remains refreshingly real.
"Honestly I'm super low maintenance, lazy girl routine," she said in an interview at the sidelines of the event.
"That's what works for me so I'm so happy because Nivea is just my skincare routine. I just use the Nivea Luminous 630, two steps in the morning then two steps at night. That's it."
