Le Boat Officially Launches Luxury ‘Liberty’ Fleet

Leading inland water boating holiday company Le Boat has officially launched its brand-new luxury Liberty fleet, as flagged earlier in the year.

The two-cabin Liberty marks the beginning of Le Boat’s luxury “Luxe” range and is the most premium and technologically advanced boat the company has ever introduced.

This milestone follows a recent agreement between Le Boat and Groupe Beneteau, under the Delphia brand, that will see a £100m investment in 400 new cruisers over the next decade, 100 of which will be built within the next three years, including 25 in 2025 alone. The boats will combine upgrades to Le Boat’s best-selling Horizon range and brand-new designs like the Liberty.

The Liberty offers a fully all-inclusive boating experience. Designed with no detail spared, it features a spacious flybridge with BBQ hotplate and fridge, three outdoor seating areas, full air conditioning, memory foam mattresses, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and filtered water tap to reduce plastic use. With extras such as bicycles, cleaning, parking, and a grocery starter pack included as standard, it delivers true ease and elegance on Europe’s inland waterways.

Cheryl Brown, Managing Director of Le Boat, said: “The Liberty is the most relaxing and easy-to-drive boat we’ve ever built. From the early days of our baby Horizon to this new model, we’ve worked closely with Delphia to push boundaries and exceed expectations.

This new Luxe Range represents everything we believe in; making boating easy, accessible and luxurious. I’m so proud of the incredible teams behind this launch and can’t wait for more customers to experience Liberty on the waterways.”

Following the Liberty launch, Le Boat has embarked on Project Odyssey, its next major innovation: a brand-new three and four cabin boat currently in development, which will be trialed in 2026 and officially launched in 2027.

This forms part of Le Boat’s wider ambition to transition more of its fleet to higher standards of luxury and comfort. By 2030, 60% of Le Boat’s fleet, around 570 boats, will be made up of Premium and Luxury models (four–five anchor).
