Marvin, Rhian hold demos at Bakery Fair

Bakers of all levels, from home-based entrepreneurs to large-scale industry players, will find valuable insights and opportunities at the upcoming Bakery Fair 2025, organized by the Filipino-Chinese Bakers Association Inc. (FCBAI).

Set to take place today, March 6 to 8 at the World Trade Center, the event aims to showcase the latest trends, techniques, and solutions in the baking industry.

Attendees can expect an impressive lineup of global and local experts, including renowned bakers, chefs, and key industry figures. The event will attract participants from various parts of the Philippines and international delegates from Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, and Europe.

Aside from business networking, visitors can enjoy live demonstrations and special appearances from celebrities Rhian Ramos and Marvin Agustin, who will showcase their baking skills.

The event will feature over 500 booths displaying state-of-the-art baking equipment, ingredient innovations, and business solutions designed to help bakers navigate rising costs and changing consumer preferences.

Given the increasing cost of ingredients, Bakery Fair 2025 will provide strategies to help businesses adapt while maintaining quality. Experts will share cost-saving techniques, such as optimizing ingredient use without sacrificing product excellence.

Exciting competitions will also take center stage, including the Flower Masters Bird Baking Competition and the Cake Illusion Hyper-Realistic Cake Art Competition. A 360-degree rotating stage, main stage, and demo areas will provide immersive learning experiences for attendees.
