Turkish low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines has significantly enhanced customer and employee satisfaction through its collaboration with Microsoft, leveraging Azure AI Services.

Microsoft has praised the airline’s AI transformation, calling it a “prime example” of how technology drives strategic value. The integration of AI-powered solutions doubled customer satisfaction with Pegasus’ FlyBot virtual assistant as well as boosting employee satisfaction by 20% for the human resources virtual assistant.
